May 11

-Criminal mischief third degree from Municipal Park. Damaged were a wall and urinal in the amount of $50.

-Harassment – simple assault from AAA Tire (specialty store).

-Shopping cart removal without permission from Dollar General (department store). Stolen were shopping carts valued at $298.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 100 block of Industrial Road (convenience store). Stolen was fuel valued at $48.90.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1100 block of Thompson Road (residence, home). Damaged were a mailbox and post in the amount of $150 and a trash can in the amount of $150.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain a single lane from Pelham Parkway at Crosscreek Trail (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of County Road 52. Stolen were a grill valued at $399 and a grill stand valued at $150.

-License required to conceal a pistol from 7994 Helena Road (convenience store). Recovered were a Taurus 9-millimeter pistol valued at $200, a holster valued at $45, a magazine valued at $30 and 18 rounds of ammunition valued at $5.

-Promoting prison contraband from 32 Philip Davis St. (government, public building). Confiscated were sandwich bags valued at $1, beef jerky valued at $2 and a Snickers bar valued at $2.
