Jack Pickett, age 81, of Montevallo, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2013, in Alabaster. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Bertha Pickett; previous wife, Mable Pickett; sons, Wayne and Louie Pickett; and brother, Terrell Pickett.

Jack is survived by his wife of 5 years, Evelyn Pickett; son, Baird Pickett (Tami); brothers, Harold Pickett (Barbara) and Billy Joe Pickett (Johnnie); sister, Bonnie Champion (Jimmy); grandchildren, Alan, Eric, April, Maeghen and Landon; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on May 29 from 10-11 a.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo. Funeral service began at 11 a.m. with Bro. Steve Johnson officiating. Burial followed at Shelby Memory Gardens.
