Herman C. Cook, age 72, of Pelham, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on June 8 at First Baptist Church of Columbiana. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana is directing.

Mr. Cook is survived by his wife, Katie T. Cook; children, Moni J. Cook (Lisa S. Hackney), Butch Cook and Michael Goodwin; grandchildren, Zakary Aaron Cook, Andrew William Cook, Anna Lise Cook and Avery Leigh Cook; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
