Indian Springs

The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All council members were present.

Motion to approve the May 21 meeting minutes as presented. Motion passed.

Motion to allow Councilmember Herb Robins to select a vendor for the Fourth of July Celebration. Motion passed.

Council discussed bids from two payroll service companies. Councilmember Bart Trammell requested further research, which Councilmember Kathryn Harrington said she would complete.

Motion to purchase 110 flags and accessories at an approximate cost of $4,000 with the intent to re-use the flags. Reimbursement will occur through citizens’ purchases of the flags. Motion passed.

Council discussed an annexation request for 5549 Double Oak Lane. Research needs to be complete before approval. Annexation request will be presented at the next meeting.
