-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief from the 1000 block of First Street North (government, public building). Stolen was $211 in U.S. currency and damaged was a structure in the amount of $200.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property from the 1010 block of First Street North (drug store). Stolen was a camera valued at $100 and damaged were a door in the amount of $100 and a small lock box in the amount of $40.

-Theft from public building and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Ameristar Theaters. Stolen were a credit card and a wallet valued at $1.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 1010 block of First Street North (drug store). Stolen were $432.75 in U.S. currency and a prescription pad. Damaged were a wooden shelf in the amount of $100, a door in the amount of $100, a security safe in the amount of $50, a first alert safe in the amount of $250 and a black shelf in the amount of $35.

-Possession of dangerous drug and drug paraphernalia first offense from Dollar General (department store). Confiscated were testosterone, a clear bag containing a white powder substance and a used syringe.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1600 block of Kent Dairy Road (other, unknown). Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $300.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 1200 block of Bunting Drive (other, unknown). Stolen were credit card charges totaling $927.61.

-Solicitor complaint from the 200 block of Dolphin Court (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Ironwood Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a Galaxy S phone charger valued at $15, a charger cup valued at $25, portable DVD players valued at $200 and a DVD valued at $15.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and burglary third degree from the 200 block of Ironwood Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a backpack valued at $30, a book valued at $50 and a weedeater valued at $200.

-Criminal mischief second degree form Meadow View Elementary (government, public building). Damaged were windows in the amount of $1,500.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a fence in the amount of $1,100.

-Property damage from Highway 119 (supermarket). Damaged was a Lexus ES350 in the amount of $2,000.

-Miscellaneous offenses from the 9700 block of Highway 119 (highway, street).

-Theft of property second degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were an iPhone valued at $699 and a case valued at $59.99.

-Passing a counterfeit object from the Alabaster Police Department (other, unknown). Forged was a counterfeit $50 bill.

-Unexplained lost property from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a watch valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Creekview Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Kel-Tec pistol valued at $350.

-Harassment from Vulcan Motors (commercial).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were a pressure washer valued at $230 and a pressure washer valued at $85.

-Theft of property from Walgreens (drug store). Stolen was klonopin valued at $60.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Hayesbury Court (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were a watch valued at $2,000, rings valued at $1,500, a wedding band valued at $1,000, an engagement ring valued at $1,000, a class ring valued at $500 and stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Miscellaneous incident from Oak Mountain State Park (other, unknown). Confiscated was a pistol valued at $200.

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford van in the amount of $3,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Recovered were suspected marijuana valued at $100 and a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana valued at $15.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated was suspected marijuana valued at $20 and cigar wrapping paper valued at $1.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Gold’s Gym (other, unknown). Stolen were a purse valued at $30, a wallet with contents valued at $100, a check book and debit and credit cards.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Commerce Park (commercial). Damaged was an air conditioning unit in the amount of $2,500 and copper lines in the amount of $2,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from Texas Roadhouse (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $100.

-Found property – wallet from the Texas Roadhouse parking lot (restaurant). Recovered was a wallet valued at $30.
