-Theft of property from the 200 block of First Street North (residence, home). Stolen were a bracelet valued at $385, a bracelet valued at $700 and a pendent valued at $200.

-Theft of property first degree from the 1200 block of Broken Bow Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a Yamaha Big Bear valued at $6,000.

-Illegal possession of a credit or debit card from the 200 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was other valued at $1.

July 2

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 100 block of Mt Olive Road (residence, home).

-Disorderly conduct from the 500 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were speakers valued at $64.86.

July 4

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree from the 200 block of First Street North (government, public building). Confiscated were suboxone, a cellophane bag containing marijuana and a case containing a metal pipe with marijuana residue.

-Domestic violence third degree and simple assault from the victim’s residence (residence, home).

-Domestic complaint from the 1100 block of King Arthur Court (residence, home).

-Appears in public place under the influence and using a false identity to obstruct justice from Church’s Chicken (parking lot, garage). Stolen was other.

July 5

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and carrying a concealed weapon from the 500 block of Industrial Road (highway, street). Confiscated was a handgun.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Kensington Way. Stolen were $40 U.S. currency, sunglasses and iPhone charger all valued at $85.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Kensington Way. Stolen was a GPS valued at $120.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 8000 block of U.S. 31.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the first block of Depot Drive. Stolen was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5000 block of U.S. 31. Stolen were a flatiron valued at $96.88 and a dress valued at $29.64.

July 6

-Theft of property third degree from the 5000 block of U.S. 31. Stolen was a vacuum cleaner valued at $228.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5000 block of U.S. 31. Stolen were bath rugs, a dish cloth, diapers and bag valued at $70.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5000 block of U.S. 31. Stolen were a bed in a bag valued at $50 and a dress valued at $13.

July 8

-Property damage from Hoover. Damaged was an Acura in the amount of $750.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Oakwell Street.

-Theft of property second degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 700 block of George Roy Parkway. Stolen were drive impacts and a jumper cable all valued at $1,025.

-Receiving stolen property third degree from the 10000 block of Alabama 25. Stolen was a Remington shotgun valued at $150.

-Harassing communications from Oakwell Street.

-Criminal trespassing third degree and criminal littering from the 1800 block of 19th Street.

-Theft of property second degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 8000 block of U.S. 31. Stolen were credit cards, debit cards, a driver’s license and a ladies’ wallet.

-Theft of property third degree from Cattail Lane. Stolen was an iPod valued at $200.

July 9

-Attempted suicide from the 10000 block of County Road 22.

-Failure to appear from the 2000 block of 8th Avenue North in Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 500 block of Kensington Manor Drive. Stolen was a man’s wallet, credit cards, debit cards and $75 cash.

-Harassing communications from the first block of County Road 213.

-Property damage from Long Branch Drive. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $1,100.

July 10

-Theft of property second degree from the first block of Manor Loop. Stolen were miscellaneous items valued at $600.

-Theft of property second degree from the 500 block of Bentmoor Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a weedeater valued at $550.29 and a blower valued at $300.

Stolen were two unknown make or model handguns valued at $100, two unknown make or model rifles valued at $100, two Dish Network satellite receivers valued at $100, $75 in U.S. currency, a social security card, an Alabama driver’s license and an Alabama Certificate of Live Birth.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from Highway 119, Montevallo (service/gas station). Stolen was $32.39 worth of unleaded gasoline.

June 28

-Burglary III and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4600 block of Highway 25 (residence/home). Stolen were $100 in U.S. currency, a battery charger valued at $50, a Craftsman half inch electric drill valued at $50, a Skilsaw circular electric saw Model #5380 valued at $39, a Craftsman 24 inch pipe wrench valued at $30 and four professional hair clippers valued at $25.

-Damage or destruction of property from Sanford Street, Montevallo (residence/ home). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to an air conditioning unit.

July 1

-Criminal littering from the 3300 block of Mitoba Trial (highway, street).

-Burglary from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were coins valued at $600, $60 in quarters, $19 in half-dollars and an envelope containing $1,000 cash.

-Miscellaneous information from Huntley Parkway (supermarket). Confiscated was suspected marijuana valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Walgreens (drug store). Stolen were a laptop computer valued at $770 and an iPhone valued at $600.

July 2

-Criminal trespass from the 1900 block of Mini Warehouse Road (storage facility).

-Allowing inoperative vehicles to remain on property in excess of seven days prohibited from Pelham Parkway (bank).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a drill valued at $30, Dr. Pepper valued at $2 and a pair of speakers valued at $24.

-Theft of property from Belcher Drive (specialty store). Stolen were a toolbox valued at $30, a tool bag valued at $20, a stool valued at $50 and hand tools valued at $1,600.

-Property damage from the parking lot of the Travelodge (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property from Helena Road at Valleydale Terrace (highway, street). Recovered were a utility trailer valued at $1,000 and an arc welder valued at $1,500. Stolen were drugs valued at $10.

July 5

-Theft of property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 5500 block of Highway 11 (residence, home). Stolen were $1,800 in cash, a $900 money order, a Jeep Grand Cherokee valued at $3,500 and a cell phone valued at $100.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement from the 1400 block of Kelly Drive (residence, home). Confiscated was suspected methadone valued at $20.

-Switched tag and Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act from Pelham Parkway at the North City Limits (highway, street). Confiscated were an Alabama tag valued at $40 and a driver’s license valued at $20.
