July 18

-Theft of property III from the 1500 block of Highway 45, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was a black onyx ring valued at $20, a gold band with little diamonds valued at $20 and a red stone and diamond ring valued at $20.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 280 and Highway 119, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen was a Club 400 blend bottle of whiskey valued at $8.99.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3200 block of Mountain Ridge Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a 30 foot crape myrtel, $1,000 were done to a brick mailbox valued at $1,000, in the amount of $200 were done to an emerald zoysia and in the amount of $200 were done to a concrete drain.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Niven Street, Wilsonville (parking lot/garage).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Circle D Ranch, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $600 were done to a carpet, in the amount of $100 were done to a window screen, in the amount of $400 were done to a sheetrock wall, in the amount of $500 were done to brick masonry, and in the amount of $250 were done to a porch railing.

-Theft of property III in the 3000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Assault III from the 100 block of Honey Circle, Shelby (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from 1st Avenue, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $20 were done to two wooden boards on gate/door to lawn mower shed.

Stolen was a 50 foot 220 extension cord for welder valued at $100, a Kobalt air rachet valued at $80, two Impact wrenches valued at $200, and a 5000 watt Coleman generator with 10 horsepower Briggs Stratton Engine valued at $800 and three fishing poles valued at $60.

-Assault II from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).

-Theft of property II from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (commercial).

-Criminal mischief III from 1st Avenue, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $20 were done to two wooden boards on gate/door to lawn mower shed.

Stolen was a gold wedding band with five diamonds valued at $2,000, a wedding ring with 1.5 carat diamond and princess diamonds on side valued at $3,500, a diamond cluster ring valued at $1,000, a jewelry box with miscellaneous jewelry valued at $4,000-$6,000, two large buckets of change valued at $500-$600, a 9 milimeter Berretta pistol and four bottles of medication valued at $500.

-Theft of property II from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen were two HP desktops valued at $896.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 2000 block of Highway 25, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen was a red Huskee tiller valued at $360, a yellow Cub Cadet gas powered trimmer valued at $129 and an orange Poulan Pro 14 inch chainsaw valued at $150.

-Criminal mischief III from the 1000 block of Oak Meadows Road, Birimingham (residence/home).

Stolen were two pairs of diamond earrings valued at $750, a diamond solitaire necklace valued at $1,000, a diamond heart mendant necklace valued at $500, two white pearl earrings valued at $400, a blue saphire surrounded by diamonds valued at $500, a St. Christopher pendant necklace valued at $300 and a guardian angel pendant valued at $300.

-Theft of property I from the 200 block of Willow View Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a 2 carat diamond solitaire ring valued at $8,000, a 19 inch gold necklace valued at $3,000, two .5 carat diamond earrings valued at $500, a ruby ring valued at $1,000 and a brown bag (Ross Simons) with 10 pairs of 14 carat gold valued at $2,000.

-Gas drive-off from the 25000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana (service/gas station). Stolen was $30 in premium gasoline.

-Theft of property I from the 300 block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a maroon 1995 Saturn SL1 sedan.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 2100 block of Indian Lake Drive, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was $119.60 using an unauthorized Visa/Debit card.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 3000 block of Connack Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was $1,467.28 using an unauthorized Visa/Debit card.

-Burglary III from the 300 block of Barristers Court (residence/home). Stolen was a black 55 inch Vizio 1080p flatscreen television valued at $800.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Fairbank Lane, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Theft of property III from the 700 block of Highway 338, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Burglary III and criminal mischief I from the 200 block of Highway 308, Shelby (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $100 were done to an interior wood door, damages in the amount of $3,000 were done to a drink machine and damages in the amount of $3,000 were done to a snack machine.

-Burglary III from the 1100 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Vizio 26 inch flat screen television, a Kindle Fire, a Movado silver watch valued at $600, a silver Tiffany necklace valued at $75, a black Juicy Couture purse valued at $129 and a Dell 15 inch laptop valued at $600.

-Burglary III from the 8600 block of Highway 41, Leeds (residence/home). Stolen was a red Murray M2510 two cycle trimmer valued at $87, a red Craftsman chainsaw valued at $50, a silver butter churn 16-20 inches tall with sealed lid (antique) valued at $500, a carton of orange pall mall cigarettes valued at $35, a case of Keystone Light beer valued at $15 and an Assurance cell phone valued at $50.

Stolen were an Okuma Avenger spinning reel on a 6 foot by 6 inch American Smith rod valued at $110, two Diawacrossfires spinning reels on 6 foot by 6 inch Diawa rods valued at $120, a Pinnacle spinning reel on a 6 foot by 6 inch Pinnacle rod valued at $50, a Bass Pro Shop bait caster reel on a Abu Garcia Super 7 valued at $120 and an Abu Garcia black max bait caster reel on a 7 foot Berkley crankbait rod valued at $90.
