Jean Silvers of Shelby and Charles Brand of Margaret will exchange vows on Sept. 14, 2013. The poolside wedding will have a vintage/shabby-chic theme and will be held at 4 p.m. at the home of the bride’s sister, Patsy Webb, of Birmingham, with the Reverand James Kitts officiating.
