Milton Charles Mathis, age 59, of Centreville, passed away at his home on Thursday, August 8, 2013. He was preceded in death by daughter, Christie Mathis; son, Billy Mathis; parents, Bill and Onvie Mathis; brother, Cecil Mathis; father-in-law, Buddy Foshee; and nephew, Bryan Mathis.

Milton is survived by his wife, Patricia Mathis; daughter, Jennifer Parsons (Daniel); mother-in-law, Dot Foshee; sister, Jo Ann Tucker (Randy); and granddaughter, Hannah Grace Parsons.

Funeral services were held on Aug. 11 at 2 p.m. at Six Mile Baptist Church with Rev. James Parsons officiating. He will lie-in-state one hour prior to the service. Burial followed in the Six Mile Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jackie Foshee, Randy Foshee, Randy Tucker, Bill Riddle, J. W. Tucker and Jim Tucker.
