-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Plaza Circle (other, unknown). Stolen were an iPhone valued at $500 and $35 in U.S. currency.

-Found property from the 200 block of First Street North (government, public building). Recovered was a wallet valued at $50.

-Found property from Highway 31 (highway, street). Reported were credit cards.

-Identity theft from the 1100 block of King Arthur Court (residence, home). Stolen was a Social Security number.

Aug. 13

-Possession of drug paraphernalia (highway, street).

-Possession of a forged instrument from BP (convenience store). Forged were negotiable instruments valued at $925.

-Harassment and domestic violence third degree from the 200 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage).

-Property damage from The Spot (service, gas station). Damaged were a trash can in the amount of $100 and a pole in the amount of $100.

-Harassing communications from the 70 block of Fulton Springs Road (department store).

-Information only – solicitors from the 900 block of Second Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Stolen was an iPhone 4S valued at $500.

-Illegal possession of credit or debit card and identity theft from the 800 block of Burning Tree Trail (residence, home). Stolen were debit cards and negotiable instruments valued at $1.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Butler Road (highway, street). Confiscated were a smoking device and a needle.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Butler Road (residence, home). Stolen was $120 in U.S. currency.

Aug. 14

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, a marijuana pipe and a plastic bottle bong.

-Trespassing notice from Dollar General (department store).

-Theft of property second degree from the 400 block of Dogwood Cove (residence, home). Stolen was $1,500 in U.S. currency.

-David Michael Stroud, 62, Alabaster, driving under the influence of alcohol and harassment.

-Harassment and driving under the influence of alcohol form the 200 block of First Street North (government, public building).

-Theft of property third degree from the Peavine Mobile Home Park (residence, home). Stolen was a tag valued at $20.

-Death investigation from the 300 block of Wilderness Lane (residence, home).

-Juvenile contact and possession of a concealed weapon without a permit from First Avenue West (highway, street).

Aug. 15

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 100 block of Grove Hill Drive (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and theft of property third degree from Shell (convenience store). Forged was a credit card and stolen was $325.61 in U.S. currency.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a bottle with a socket.

-Criminal mischief second degree from Walmart (supermarket). Damaged were a Nissan Pathfinder in the amount of $1,500 and a tire in the amount of $200.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of First Street North (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (specialty store). Stolen was clothing valued at $25.

-Harassment from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree and harassment-family from Savannah Lane. Stolen was Organo Gold coffee valued at $2,000 and damaged was clothing valued at $100.

-Theft of property third degree from 10th Street. Stolen was $275.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 31. Stolen was $201 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from Shelby County 12. Damaged was a Chevrolet SUV by a deer.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 9700 block of Alabama 25. Damaged was a Chevrolet Trail Blazer SUV.

-Theft of property second degree from the 5100 block of U.S. 31. Stolen were miscellaneous items valued at $1,134.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Kensington Way. Stolen was miscellaneous clothing from J.C. Penny valued at $75.

Aug. 18

-Property damage from the 60 block of Shelby County 87. Damaged was a Saturn automobile.

-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief from Waterford Cove Trace. Damaged was a glass door valued at $200.

Aug. 19

-Criminal mischief-damage to business property from the 1200 block of 5th Avenue. Damaged was a mailbox valued at $100.

-Theft of property second degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4200 block of U.S. 31. Stolen was a Browning automatic valued at $300.

-Recovery of a stolen vehicle from the woods behind the Preserve (field, woods). Recovered was a Chevrolet 1500 valued at $4,000.
