-Sodomy I from the 20000 block of Cord 55, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3000 block of Charing Wood Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were two credit cards, a Sig Sauer P250 40S subcompact firearm valued at $600, an HP Laptop and a Garmin Nuvi GPS valued at $150.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 2000 block of County Highway 39, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a green leather wallet valued at $10, $357 in U.S. currency, an unknown Visa card and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Highway 443, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a 2004 or 2005 Grizzly 600 ATV valued at $6,000.

-Criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Woodland Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $500 were done by way of dents and scratches on a 2008 Toyota Corolla 4 door.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Cupids Lane, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a 2002 Honda Accord valued at $4,000.

Stolen was a Lincoln gas welder valued at $800, two M&B vacuum pumps valued at $800, a set of mini torches valued at $350, a Sears air compressor valued at $800, a Miller Tig Rig welder valued at $1,100, rolls of copper valued at $1,200 and scrap copper valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property I from the 24000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (construction). Stolen were a 40 foot Anderson Gooseneck trailer with 5 foot bobtail dual wheel tandom axle warn winch valued at $12,000 and a John Deere tractor model 6415 4 wheeldrive with front end loader also had cab valued at $65,000.

-Domestic violence II, assault, from the 400 block of North Horton Road, Wilsonville (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 100 block of Morris Estates, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Hercules Lane, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a Graco tan jungle safari travel system carrier base valued at $200, miscellaneous infant boy clothing articles valued at $200 and a Bobby pillow valued at $40.

Two pearl necklaces in a drawstring bag with loose pearls, a ring with two peals, an 18 karat gold ring with 3 garnetts, a .5 karat gold chain with heart pendant valued at $650 and a white gold ring with green square stone valued at $500.

Stolen were a power-flite 20 inch 1.5 HP Millennium Edition floor machine with tank and pad driver valued at $1,000, an NSS thouroughbred low speed floor machine valued at $1,700, a ED1665 Ridge Show VAC valued at $150 and an electric pressure washer valued at $200.

-Unalawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana II from the 100 block of Thompson Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Passing stopped school bus from the 300 block of Opportunity Drive, Pelahm (school/college).

-Harassing communications from the 5000 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 1700 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $100 were done to a metal entrance door and locking system, Lotral pills, Crestor pills, Adavan pills, 10 Hanes boxer briefs valued at $25, and $20 in U.S. currency (in $2 bills).

Stolen were a Winchester 30-30 Model 94 valued at $392, a Stevens 12 gauge Model 311 valued at $300, a Marlin .44 Rem. lever action valued at $400, a Ruger mini-14 .223 caliber valued at $550, a .38 caliber revolver of unknonwn value and a Colt .45 1871 Single Action with a horse on the handle valued at $1,000.

Stolen was a 32 inch Insignia flatscreen television valued at $500, a Playstation 3 valued at $300, a Colt Police Positive revolver valued at $600, a Remington 12 gauge shotgun wiht camo coating valued at $500, a Winchester 20 gauge shotgun valued at $350 and an Apple 16 gigibite iPad 2 valued at $500.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 4400 block of South Shades Crest Road, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were a 46 inch Insignia flatscreen television valued at $900, a 30 inch Dynex flatscreen television valued at $300, a set of Craftsman drill bits valued at $50, a Stihl chainsaw valued at $400, a Kenneth Cole watch with black face and black leather band valued at $900 and a garage entry door.

-Theft of property II and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the Pizza Hut, 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen was $708 via credit/debit card.
