Susan Rovine Miller Dunivant

Cave Springs, Ga.

Susan Rovine Miller Dunivant was born in Cave Springs, Ga., on May 28, 1933. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sept. 1, 2013, at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Felton Ray Dunivant; parents, William Thomas and Lillie Bell Miller; two brothers, Thomas Miller and Jack Miller; and two sisters, Era Agan and Shirley Burns.

She was a licensed practical nurse who enjoyed caring for people in need. She was a faithful wife, loving mother, amazing grandmother, caring sister and friend to all. She was a devoted Christian who loved singing in the choir and participating in service organizations through her church, Kingwood Assembly of God.

She is survived by her daughters Cyndi Fowler (James), Pamela Burgess (Stephen) and Susan Williams (Jack); son, Felton R. Dunivant Jr. (Sharon); 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Fred Miller; one sister, Nonnie Agan; and many nieces and nephews.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication to family. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on Sept. 6 at Charter Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. on the same day. Interment will be at the Alabama National Cemetery. Charter Funeral Home directing.
