Some Pelham residents and businesses along U.S. 31 likely will see decreased water pressure and interruptions in service on Sunday, Sept. 8, as the city is scheduled to repair water lines.

The repairs will begin at 3 a.m., and could last until 3 p.m., according to information released by the city on Sept. 3. During the repairs, several areas will see low water pressure or no water service, according to the city.

The repairs will affect businesses along the left and right side of U.S. 31 from Pelham City Hall to Old Time Pottery, which is near Industrial Park Drive. Some of Yeager Parkway, Lee Street and subdivisions off Shelby County 105 also will be affected.
