-Using a false identity to obstruct justice and recovered stolen vehicle from the 200 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Recovered was a Chevrolet Cavalier and stolen was other.

-Indecent exposure from Nursing Assistant Academy (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property first degree from the 200 block of Chandler Lane (residence, home). Stolen was $4,300 in U.S. currency.

Aug. 27

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting prison contraband second degree from Chevron (highway, street). Confiscated were plastic bags with marijuana residue, packs of rolling papers, a cigar and a metal socket with marijuana residue.

-Identity theft from a Post Office box address (residence, home). Stolen were negotiable instruments.

-Information only from the 1100 block of Falling Star Lane (residence, home). Stolen were household goods valued at $7,200 and an air conditioning unit valued at $3,500.

-Theft of property third degree from 150 Industrial Road (commercial). Stolen was a Nissan Pathfinder valued at $7.25.

-Harassment from Walmart (department store).

-Property damage from MASH (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Toyota Corolla in the amount of $100.

-Property damage from Chevron (highway, street). Damaged was a Volkswagen Bug in the amount of $1,000.

-Property damage and leaving the scene of an accident from First Avenue West at Stoney Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a Mini Cooper in the amount of $10,000.

-Property damage and leaving the scene of an accident from First Avenue West at Stoney Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a telephone box in the amount of $500.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Creden Place (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 7800 block of Highway 119 (commercial). Stolen were two tires valued at $150.

-Domestic incident from Ernest McCarty Ford (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 1800 block of Arrow Drive (residence, home).

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle from the 3000 block of Grande View Court (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Focus in the amount of $500.

-Assault third degree from Cohill Drive (highway, street).

Aug. 29

-Aggressive dog from the 1400 block of Willow Creek Parkway (other, unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of First Avenue West (other, unknown). Stolen were a GPS valued at $689, a cell phone valued at $329 and a CD changer valued at $927.

-Soliciting complaint from the 100 block of Berkshire Manor Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (commercial). Stolen was merchandise valued at $122.43.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were clothes valued at $46.75, food items valued at $8.43 and planners valued at $14.94.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

June 17

-Breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Alabama Avenue (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a window broken out of front passenger side door valued at greater than $150.

-Theft of property I from the 21000 block of Highway 25 (other/unknown). Stolen was $27 in U.S. currency.

Aug. 25

-Breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Alabama Avenue (parking lot/ garage). Stolen was a copy of victim’s drivers license valued at $1.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Nelson Walker Road (highway/ street). Recovered was a plastic bag with small traces of synthetic marijuana.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 100 block of North Main Street (gov/ public building).

-Vehicle damage from the 900 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to a windshield.

-Burglary III and theft of property III from Main Street (residence/home). Stolen were a white Microsoft X-Box 360 with 250 gigabyte hard drive valued at $300, a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 X-Box 360 game valued at $50 and an unknown make black and blue youth backpack valued at $8.

Sept. 2

-Theft of property III from Valley Street, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were two white rocking chairs valued at $300, a light blue table valued at $75 and a little white kids’ chair valued at $75.

-Theft of property from YMCA (other, unknown). Stolen were Visa cards, a driver’s license and $40 in U.S. currency.

Aug. 25

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Highview Cove (residence, home). Damaged were a pole in the amount of $35, a walkway light in the amount of $20 and a plant in the amount of $10.

-Change bills circulating from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Forged was a $20 bill.

Aug. 26

-Burglary from the 1600 block of Highway 35 (residence, home). Stolen were a shotgun valued at $100, rifles valued at $150, a rifle valued at $100, a laptop valued at $1,000, a hearing aid remote valued at $200, an implant processor remote valued at $2,000 and damaged was a glass pane in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered was $250 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of High Hampton Road (other, unknown). Stolen were textbooks valued at $67.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were a computer system valued at $500 and a TV valued at $700.

-Theft of property from David Green Road (commercial). Recovered were pieces of mail.

-Discharging a firearm in the city limits from Interstate 65 (highway, street).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Forged was a check.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1900 block of Pelham parkway (supermarket). Confiscated were pill bottles containing medication valued at $150.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and open container from Oak Mountain Circle (restaurant). Confiscated was a cigarette filled with suspected marijuana valued at $15.

-Burglary from the 1900 block of Chandabrook Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a jewelry box, a TV valued at $300, a TV valued at $300, a laptop computer valued at $850, a laptop computer valued at $400, a Kindle Fire valued at $200 and an Xbox 360 valued at $300.

Aug. 28

-Civil dispute from YMCA (other, unknown).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from an unknown location (other, unknown).

-Illegal possession or use of a credit or debit card and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were a Visa card, a gift card and a grinder valued at $20.

-Theft of property from the 1700 block of County Road 33 (residence, home). Stolen were an air compressor valued at $300, a saw valued at $100, a drill valued at $50 and hand tools valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stratford Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a weedeater valued at $221.

Aug. 29

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 800 block of Highway 33 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a John Deere Gator valued at $15,000 and a trailer valued at $1,500.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Highway 33 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a John Deere Gator valued at $15,356.

-Theft of property by deception from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were assorted rolls of electrical wire valued at $3,132.

Aug. 30

-Liability insurance required from Pelham Parkway at Old Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Hidden Creek Trail (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the 700 block of Highway 361 (residence, home).

Aug. 31

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Tyler Navarre’s Bar and Grill (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Honda Civic.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 52 (highway, street). Confiscated was a plastic container filled with suspected marijuana valued at $15 and metal pipes valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 South (highway, street). Confiscated were suspected marijuana valued at $125 and a glass pipe valued at $15.

Sept. 1

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Bearden Road at Helena Road (highway, street). Confiscated was a bag of marijuana valued at $100.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10 block of Cottage Circle (highway, street). Confiscated was a Smith and Wesson pistol valued at $500, suspected marijuana valued at $10 and a pipe containing suspected marijuana residue valued at $5.

Sept. 2

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 200 block of King’s Crest Lane (residence, home). Confiscated was a cylinder containing a green leafy substance valued at $10 and pipes valued at $10.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Grey Oaks Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a TV, a computer, a refrigerator and an oven.
