-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence second degree and assault second degree from Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

Aug. 31

-Theft of property third degree from the 1300 block of Seventh Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered were a plastic gas can valued at $9, a gas can valued at $14 and stolen were three gallons of fuel valued at $15.

-Lost property from Walmart (department store). Reported were a wallet, cash, a debit card, a credit card and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property first degree from McDonald’s (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Harley Davidson valued at $7,000.

-Property damage from Walmart (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Ford in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 100 block of Shelby Farms Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property first degree from the 200 block of Wynlake Drive (residence, home). Stolen were figurines valued at $3,500, Read and Barton valued at $800, a silver dish valued at $1,100, dishes valued at $1,100, a knife rest valued at $250, wine glasses valued at $800 and vases valued at $650.

-Theft of property second degree from the 500 block of 14th Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were revolvers valued at $800 and a diamond ring valued at $3,000.

-Damage to property from the Peavine Mobile Home Park (residence, home). Damaged was a Ford Explorer in the amount of $500.

-Criminal tampering first degree and theft of property second degree from the 2000 block of Shelby County 75. Stolen was 300 feet of copper telephone wire valued at $1,200 and damaged was a wooden utility pole valued at $1,000.

-Harassment and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 100 block of Dogwood Lane. Damaged was a Toyota Camry valued at $100.

-Theft of property third degree from the 2100 block of 15th Street. Stolen was a tag decal valued at $10.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Shiloh Creek. Stolen were a Craftsman volt drill valued at $50 and a SKIL Orbit sander valued at $30. Damaged was a door casing valued at $60.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance form Highway 119 at Applebees (parking lot, garage). Recovered were Lortab pills valued at $96, Gavapentin caps valued at $215 and Trazadone tabs valued at $20.
