-Theft of property first degree from Progressive Finishes (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were luggage beams valued at $1,526 and stolen were metals valued at $7,240.

-Counterfeit currency from DJ’s Fine Meats (supermarket). Forged was a $20 bill.

-Theft of property third degree from Total Solutions Way (commercial). Stolen was a payroll check valued at $1.

-Found property from Highway 31 (high- way, street). Recovered were debit cards and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Lake Terrace (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 100 block of King Charles Way (residence, home).

-Theft of property first degree from the 1200 block of First Street North (govern- ment, public building). Stolen was a Ford Expedition valued at $4,500.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Highway 119.

Sept. 14

-Harassment from the 400 block of Norwick Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were merchan- dise valued at $104.75 and merchandise valued at $128.50.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from CVS Pharmacy (drug store). Stolen was mer- chandise valued at $10.

-Lost property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Reported were a cosmetic bag, keys, a Visa card, a Walmart card, a Belk card, U.S. currency and a driver’s license.

-Runaway juvenile from the 100 block of Allen Drive (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 90 block of Winterhaven Drive (residence, home). Stolen were corn hole boards valued at $150.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Navy (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were marijuana and a socket with burned residue.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol and con- tributing to the delinquency of a minor.

 

Sept. 15

-Abandoned vehicle from County Road 80 (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law from the 900 block of Third Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were two Galaxy S4s valued at $549.99

each.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a

vehicle and theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a driver’s license, a birth certifi- cate, identity documents and wallet valued at $25.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from

the 500 block of First Avenue Southwest (department store). Stolen and recovered were deodorant sticks valued at $5 and vita- mins valued at $14. Confiscated was a silver pipe valued at $14.

-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Brown Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Forest Hills Circle (residence, home).

-Found property from Highway 119 at Butler Road (highway, street). Recovered was a green card valued at $1.

-Theft of property third degree and criminal trespass third degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $209.46.

-Juvenile pickup order from the 100 block of Allen Drive.

-Attempted suicide from the 100 block of Berryhill Drive (residence, home).

-Public intoxication from the 100 block

of Industrial Road (highway, street). Confiscated was Wild Irish Rose.

-Harassment from Nottingham Drive.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Kensington Boulevard. Stolen were a brown leather wallet, cash, a Compass bank debit card, a PNC debit card, a driver’s license and a social security card all valued at $230.

-Simple assault-family and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 1600 block of 22nd Avenue.

-Criminal littering from Granthum Road.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of Supercenter Drive. Stolen was $54 of U.S. currency.

-Harassment and reckless endangerment from the 700 block of Supercenter Drive.

-Harassing communications from Shelby County 89.

-Harassing communications from the 0 block of Limestone Parkway.

 

Sept. 21

-Property damage from the 2200 block

of Second Avenue. Damaged was a Nissan Altima valued at $2,000.

-Criminal mischief-damage to private prop- erty from Dogwood Lane. Damaged was the rear passenger window of a Nissan Altima valued at $100.

-Harassment-family and theft of property third degree from the 900 block of 10th Street. Stolen were car keys valued at $30.

Sept. 25

-Violation of a protection order from the 700 block of Waterford Lane.

-Burglary third degree and theft of prop- erty third degree from Shelby County 86. Damaged was a bedroom window valued at $100 and stolen was a 42-inch flat screen television valued at $400.

-Theft of property first degree from the 8300 block of U.S. 31. Stolen was $2,754 in U.S. currency.
