-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen was a Visa card valued at $150.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Dodge Charger in the amount of $2,000.

-Leaving the scene of an accident form Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Domestic dispute from the 900 block of Independence Drive (residence, home).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia (highway, street). Confiscated was a bag of marijuana and a set of digital scales.

-Harassment from Mount Olive Road.

-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Longview Circle (commercial). Stolen were a drill and charger valued at $379, a drill valued at $300, a bar valued at $30 and an axle nut set valued at $80.

-Illegal possession of a credit or debit

card from Tupelo, Miss. (residence, home). Stolen were credit cards.

-Theft of property third degree from the South Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen was a cell phone valued at $450.

Oct. 5

-Theft of property second degree from Wal-Mart (department store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $886.33.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 1600 block of Napoleon Drive (residence, home). Stolen and recovered was a 2003 Infiniti I35 valued at $5,000.

-Harassment and domestic violence third degree from the 1300 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Found property from the 8800 block of Highway 119 (church). Recovered was a purse valued at $10.

-Theft of property second degree from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a purse valued at $1, $50 in U.S. currency, a driver’s license, a Social Security card and a debit card.

-Domestic dispute from 13th Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 200 block of Buck Creek Plaza (drug store). Confiscated were a forged prescription and a copy of a forged prescription.

-Trespassing notice from Belk (department store).

Oct. 6

-Found property from Murphy Oil (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a wallet with contents.

-Theft of property third degree from the 1400 block of Amberley Woods Cove (residence, home). Stolen were a flower pot valued at $10 and a bush valued at $15.

-Chemical endangerment from the Alabaster Police Department (drug store).

-Information only report from the 100 block of Greenfield Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a trailer valued at $800, a weedeater valued at $400, an edger valued at $400, a mower valued at $450, a blower valued at $500 and a lawnmower valued

at $4,000.

-Domestic violence third degree and theft of property second degree from the 0-99 block of Bart Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a wallet valued at $10, a checkbook valued at $1, debit cards, an EBT card, a Social Security card and an Alabama driver’s license.

Oct. 7

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of North Grande View Lane (residence, home). Stolen were identity documents.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime and probation violation from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (drug store).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, a dugout and a pinch hitter.

Stolen were a jewelry box valued at $600, a set of black pearls valued at $800, a set of pearls valued at $800, a camcorder valued at $200, an Xbox 360 valued at $200, a Sony DVD player valued at $100 and a 32-inch Emerson flat screen TV valued at $200.

Oct. 4

-Harassment-family from the 800 block of Sixth Avenue (residence, home). Damaged was a Honda Accord in the amount of $600.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of Supercenter Drive (department store). Stolen was a pressure washer valued at $316.

-Miscellaneous information – counterfeit money from Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Confiscated was a counterfeit $20 bill.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and attempt to commit a controlled substance crime (supermarket). Recovered were tablets valued at $300.

-Sex offender registration violation – residence and sex offender registration – work from Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were a bottle with marijuana seeds valued at $5 and a water bottle with a metal socket valued at $5.

-Civil dispute from the 10 block of Monroe Drive (other, unknown).

Oct. 5

-Recovered lost property from the Ramada Limited (hotel, motel). Recovered was a Ruger SR9c valued at $500.

-Theft of property from a gym (other, unknown). Stolen were gym clothes valued at $80, a bag containing items valued at $10, glasses valued at $130, keys valued at $15 and a remote to a Chevrolet pickup truck valued at $130.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stone Hill Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a pendant valued at $1,000, a pendant valued at $400, a pendant valued at $600, a pendant valued at $300, a ring valued at $500, a ring valued at $200 and a handgun valued at $350.

-Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway at Valleydale Road (highway, street). Confiscated were a pack of AA batteries valued at $8, a pack of sinus and cold medication valued at $12, decongestant value at $15, unused insulin syringes valued at $60 and 40 small plastic baggies valued at $40. Reported was 100-percent lye drain opener valued at $10 and a gallon size can of Coleman fuel valued at $10.

-License required to conceal pistol from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered were a Glock valued at $520, .40-caliber rounds valued at $5 and a Glock magazine valued at $15.

-License required to conceal pistol from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Confiscated was a pistol.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Crosscreek Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Beaver Creek Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were platinum rings valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Oak Mountain Circle (hotel, motel). Stolen were a silver cross valued at $99, an emblem valued at $50, a diamond cross valued at $60, a heart emblem valued at $75, tennis bracelets valued at $100, diamond rings valued at $200 and an engagement ring valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 10 block of Highway 35 (service, gas station). Stolen were two cartons of cigarettes valued at $90.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location (bank).

Oct. 8

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were assorted DVDs and Blu Rays valued at $260.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Sugar Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a purse valued at $15, a credit card, an Alabama driver’s license and Social Security cards.
