Jessie Louise Lacy, age 90, of Alabaster, formerly of Cottontown, Tenn., died Oct. 18, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Charles Wesley Lacy; brother, Herbert Parrish; and sisters, Gertrude Curtis and Lorraine Jones.

She is survived by daughters, Patricia “Patsy” Jones (Ralph) of Montevallo and Vicki Greenhill (Benny) of Alabaster; grandchildren, Chuck P’Pool (Lorrie), Scott Jones and Tracy Golden; great-grandchildren, Jade Golden, Chase P’Pool, Taylor P’Pool, Gage Jones and Lacie Jones; and great-great-grandchildren, Cody Golden and Emmy Golden.

She was a member of Dogwood Grove Baptist Church, Montevallo.

Graveside service will be Oct. 22 at 1 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Todd Burr officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, Tenn.
