Damaged was other.

-Forgery second degree from the 500 block of South Colonial Drive (bank). uInformation only report from Claire’s (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Mazda 6 in the amount of $1.

-Theft of property third degree from the 1100 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home). Stolen were candy valued at $40, merchandise valued at $10 and a pumpkin valued at $8.

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Yellowhammer Circle (residence, home). Stolen were fuel valued at $20, a gas can valued at $12 and a gas can valued at $20.

-Property damage from the 90 block

of Lake Forest Way (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Cavalier in

the amount of $1 and a tire rim in the amount of $1.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of First Street North (highway, street). Damaged was a Kawasaki Ninja in the amount of $5,500.

Nov. 1

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 1400 block of Butler Road (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from multiple locations (convenience store). Stolen were credit and debit cards.

-Theft of property third degree from Belk (department store). Stolen was jewelry valued at $310.

Nov. 2

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and minor in consumption of alcohol from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated was a Mossberg shotgun.

-Possession of burglars tools and two counts of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from America’s Thrift Store (commercial). Recovered were a crowbar valued at $10 tools valued at $10 and damaged was other.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of spice from the 1000block of First Street South (convenience store). Confiscated were narcotics

equipment and salvia.

-Property damage from Jim ‘n Nick’s BBQ (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Toyota Sienna in the amount of $400. uDomestic violence by strangulation and assault third degree from the 1600 block of King James Drive (residence, home). uDomestic incident from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (restaurant). uTheft of property third degree from the 2100 block of Butler Road (service, gas station). Stolen were two packs of beer valued at $22.

-Receiving stolen property second degree from Highway 119 (department store). Recovered were a Kel Tec valued at $200 and a magazine holding 10 bullets valued at $20.

-Leaving the scene of an accident form North Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a Nissan Maxima in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property third degree form the 1000 block of First Street South (convenience store). Stolen was a T-shirt valued at $15.99.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Grande View Pass (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and drug paraphernalia. uDamage to city property from the 200 block of First Street North (highway, street). Damaged was a light pole and glass globe in the amount of $500. uBurglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 900 block of 10th Court Southwest (other, unknown). Stolen were drills valued at $80, a Krestool valued at $200, a fuel pressure kit valued at $150, a jigsaw valued at $60, a corded drill valued at $60 and a powder coating system valued at $200. uRecovered firearm from the 200

Stolen were a wallet valued at $50, a driver’s license, three credit cards, an iPhone 4S valued at $750 and $200 in U.S. currency. uUnlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Oak Mountain State Park (parking lot, garage). a student ID, an insurance card, a debit card and damaged was a 2012 Toyota Tacoma in the amount of $200.
