Memorial service for Glenda Carolyn Skipper, 67, will be Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church in Shelby County, with the Rev. William Rayfield officiating.

Mrs. Skipper died Nov. 18 and was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Skipper; son, Glen Campbell; mother, Ilene Harris; grandson, Kody Brown; and great-grandson, Larry Abbott.

She is survived by son, Ricky Quinn of Vincent; step-sons, Allen Skipper of Dothan and Tom Skipper of Philadelphia, Pa.; daughters, Linda Powers (Mike) of Vandiver and Brenda Johnson (James), Crystal Howard (Jason) and Tammy Peppers (Mike), all of Vincent; brother, William B. Campbell of Jones; sisters, Nancy Concord of Nauvoo and Barbara Ann Blake of Kingston, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
