Betty A. Crawford, age 85, of Calera, passed away on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Dec. 28 at Shelby Memory Gardens with Bro. Rick Ousley officiating.
Mrs. Crawford was retired from the University of Montevallo and a member of Calera Baptist Church.  She is survived by her loving husband of 68 and a half years, Alton M. Crawford Sr.; daughters, Donna C. Chandler (Michael) and Dale C. Wade; son, Mickey Crawford (Kathy); sister, Charlotte Ann Rawlett; grandsons, Chuck Holcomb (Lori), Bret Holcomb (Gene’t), Chad Holcomb, Chase Crawford (Sloan) and Chris Crawford; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Blake, Cade, Holly, Addison, Brodie Holcomb and a seventh great-grandchild expected in June; as well as other family and friends.
