Robert Leon Morgan, age 79, of Calera, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 24.   He is survived by a loving wife of 57 years, Margaret Morgan; son, Michael Ray Morgan; daughter, Kay Morgan Giddens (Wayne); grandchildren, Heather Giddens Brasher (Cody) and Amber Giddens Patterson (John); great-grandchild, Wyatt Patterson; sister, Barbara Ledbetter (Jack); numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Dec. 27 at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel from 6-8 p.m. for friends. His funeral services will be held on Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marvin Smith Jr. and Rev. Walter Price to officiate his services. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera.
