Dec. 13

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were two possibly Smith & Wesson .38 snubnose gunmetal blue with brown wooden handles valued at $300 each, a Benelli 20 gauge shotgun black model Nova valued at $500, two soft cloth black pistol holsters valued at $25 and an unknown number 20 gauge shotgun shells valued at $20.

 

Dec. 14

-Miscellaneous information from the 2900 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from Highway 453, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was a 10 karat yellow gold class ring with blue stone for Chelsea High valued at $200.

 

Dec. 15

-Forgery II from Jones Country Store, 13861 Highway 17, Montevallo (service/gas station).

 

Dec. 16

-Theft of property II from the 1500 block of Wilderness Trail, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were two 5 inch and 6 inch Bench Vises valued at $480, two jack stands valued at $30, two bottle jacks valued at $60, a small floor jack valued at $30, a cast iron pot with three-eighths inch chain inside and a 2 by 2 foot rusty metal box.

-Burglary III from the 11000 block of U.S. 280, Sterrett (commercial). Stolen was a crossbow valued at $550.

-Domestic violence III, harassing communications, from the 300 block of Lake Kathryn Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 100 block of Highway 97, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were 20 feet of three-quarters and three-eighths lineset copper wire valued at $180 and two boxes of scrap copper valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Highway 97, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were 50 feet of seven-eighths and three-eighths lineset copper wire valued at $220 and two boxes of copper scrap valued at $50.

-Agency assist, DHR, from the 0 block of Shelia Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 81 at Thatcher Drive, Vincent (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison). Stolen was $99 off an inmate’s commisary.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel).

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from Travelodge, 410 Oak Mountain Circle, Room 208, Pelham (hotel/motel).

-Theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (parking lot/garage).

-Criminal mischief III from the 2000 block of Eagle Valley Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to two garage bay door windows.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Valentine Trail, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and Theft of property II from the 100 block of Highway 468, Vincent (residence/home). Stolen was 150 feet of copper welding leads valued at $800 and jumper cables made from heavy duty welding leads valued at $300.

-Missing person, juvenile runaway, from Alabama Youth Home, 62 AL-Youth Drive, Westover (residence/home).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Sand Ridge Road, Leeds (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Disorderly conduct from the 800 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 400 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 100 building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a red Casio GShock watch valued at $150, a black Casio GShock watch valued at $150, a teal Casio GShock watch valued at $150, assorted baseball caps valued at $275.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 and Cahaba Beach Road (highway/street).

-Harassment from the 5000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 700 building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 and Cahaba Beach Road (highway/street).

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Southhill Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana II from U.S. 280 at Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property III and criminal possession of a forged instrument II from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (service/gas station). Stolen was $780 in U.S. currency and five checks.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 1000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 5000 block of Applecross Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Public intoxication and unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster (other/unknown).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen were a Coach wristlet valued at $50, a debit card, a Visa card and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Miscellaneous information from the 7200 block of County Highway 280, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from the hunting club off Hollow Tree Trail, Harpersville (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to a wild game inovatios double wide ladder stand.

-Miscellaneous incident from Highway 55 at Howard Branch Road, Sterrett (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from the 4000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (service/gas station). Damages in the amount of $50 were done to exterior light fixture and exterior light.

-Harassment from the 6000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 6000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school/college). Damages in the amount of $399 were done to a white iPad 2.

Dec. 18

-Identity theft from the 700 block of Narrows Point Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was $364.68 from an account.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Criminal trespass II from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school/college).

-Miscellaneous incident, suspicious person, from Shelina Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds and drug paraphernalia from the 5600 block of Highway 26, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen were miscellaneous goods valued at $557 and miscellaneous food items valued at $9.

-Theft of property II from Coalmont Road in management land area, Helena (field/woods). Stolen and recovered were miscellaneosu power line conductors, fuses, valued at $2,000.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Brook Highland Lane and Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from 16056 U.S. 280, Wendy’s, Chelsea (restaurant). Stolen was $182.26 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 5000 block of Cyrus Circle (other/unknown).

-Theft of property III from the 3000 block of Buckhorn Cove (parking lot/garage). Stolen were 16 custom lugnuts valued at $192 and four center caps silk brand with lion valued at $100.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Brook Highland Lane and Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Starboard Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Property damage from Highways 55 and 438 (highway/street).

-Property damage from the 200 block of Highway 7, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument and theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a German Shepherd certified breed valued at $400 and a $50 delivery fee.

-Theft of property III from the 800 block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 600 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-SORNA investigation from 380 McDow Drive, Columbiana (other/unknown).

 

Dec. 19

-Missing person from the 4400 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 1000 block of Columbia Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Glock model 19 9 millimeter pistol valued at $500.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Eagle Hollow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary II from the 100 block of Simmons Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a Bulova watch valued at $679, a gold bracelet valued at $385, two gold commemorative JFK coins valued at $800, two gold coins valued at $299 and $620 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 11000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were cherry bomb mufflers valued at $300 and a Chevy standard manifold exhaust valued at $400.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Narrows Creek Drive, Birmingham (dept store). Stolen were miscellaneous items valued at $504.94, $504.94, $8.51 and $17.23.

-Possession of certain chemical compounds from CR-73 and CR-8, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 3400 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 3700 block of Highway 30, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a metal Amacker tree stand valued at $150.
