Hilltop will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 29, with the exception of the children who are waiting on their parents to arrive, due to freezing conditions and low temperatures, according to a news release from the school.

“Many of you are unable to pick up your children as the temperatures are dropping, but rest assured, all are safe, warm and comfortable,” the statement read. “We have a fun night planned for the children, an excellent dinner and healthy breakfast for all. We are warm and safe.”

School administrators will send updates throughout the evening, according to the statement.
