The Thompson Middle School boys’ soccer team took home the 13th annual Buccaneer Bash in Fairhope March 8.

The Warriors beat Gulf Shores Middle School 7 – 0 in game 1. In game 2, the squad beat Bay Minette Middle 5 – 0.  Thompson finished Friday in first place, and were rewarded with a bye Saturday morning because and were automatically placed in the championship game. Once in the championship, Thompson beat Foley Middle School 6 – 2.

Michael Milliron, Miguel Romero, Dion Bradley, Dylan Jackson and Andrew Bowen were named to the all-tournament team.  Kenny Rodriguez, who scored two hat tricks during the tournament, was named tournament MVP.
