Memorial service for Jimmy “Poppa” Lee, age 68, of Vincent, will be held March 24 at 2 p.m. at Macedonia North Baptist Church in Vincent. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Obie Roy Lee; mother, Mae Ola Lee; sister-in-law, Shirley Lee; sister, Lorene Duck; brothers, Ronnie Lee and Jerry Lee.

He is survived by wife, Teresa Lee; four sons, Carl Lowery, Theodore Parker III, T.J. Parker (Destiny) and Earl Lowery (Shavon); daughter, Kinisha Britton (Mike); brother, Edward Roy Lee; brother-in-law, Oide Duck; two sisters-in-law, Betty Lee and Rosa Lee; nine grandchildren, Ashton Jones (Jordan), McKenzie Ann, MacKenzie Hope, Michael, Fisher, Jordan, Colby Jace, Dustin and Ma’Kayla; one great-grandchild, Jett Jones.
