April 1

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 1100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from the 100 block of Peach Street, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 9000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Samsung 65 inch LED television valued at $2,500.

-Theft of property I from the 100 block of Whitfield Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a 1992 Chevy Silverado valued at $3,500, a 16 foot carhauler trailer valued at $3,500, a ladder lift valued at $2,600, a Task Force roll around toolbox with tools valued at $500, an aluminum brake machine valued at $2,500, a Troybuilt 17 horsepower 42 inch cutting deck riding mower valued at $500 and a tile saw valued at $100.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Cottage Lane, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were a 2010 iPhone 4 valued at $100 and a Kindle Fire valued at $130.

-Theft II from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school/college). Stolen was a pink iPhone 5C valued at $600.

-Child abuse and neglect prevention act from the 400 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 0 block of Copper Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 1400 block of Springfield Loop East (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 at CR-440, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from Narrows Drive, Birmingham (other/unknown).

-Harassing communications from various places (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 3000 block of Chelsea Park Ridge, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were three alpha cells valued at $135.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of U.S. 280, Sterrett (highway/street).

-Death investigation from the 300 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Cottage Lane, Westover (residence/home). Stolen were a 55 inch Samsung plasma television valued at $2,000, an X-box valued at $300, a 47 inch Samsung LCD television valued at $2,000, a 42 inch LG television, two DVD player remotes, two men’s Fossil watches and a women’s Fossil watch.

-Theft of property I from the 8700 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby Road at Highway 119, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 4400 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary II from the 0 block of Cain Road, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Trespassing III and property damage from the 4000 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville (field/woods).

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Rock School Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 1600 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was $318.15 via Visa debit card.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Dauphin Street at Commerce Street, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Middle Street, Montevallo (school/college).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and promoting prison contraband from Shelby County Jail, 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Gimore-Nick, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 16000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a wooden door frame.

-Rape I and assault II (residence/home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280 at Inverness Corners, Birmingham (highway/street).

 

April 6

-Burglary III from Tomlin Road, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a red Walgreens brand box heater valued at $50.

-Miscellaneous incident, found person, from Cahaba Valley Trace/Bent Tree Acres (highway/street).

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Lakeside Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Warren Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Assault III from the 4400 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (parking lot/garage).

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Pinecliff Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Illegal possession of credit card from the 4700 block of U.S. 280 (conv store). Stolen were $300.03 and $273.73 via prepaid phone cards.

-Burglary II and assault III from the 500 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver (residence/home).

 

April 7

-Death investigation from the 12000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 3700 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Recovered were a brown leather wallet, $3,085 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a platinum bracelet with ring attachment valued at $10,000, an alexandrite ring valued at $5,000, an 18 karat gold men’s wedding band valued at $2,000, a Scarob bracelet with three lapel pins attached valued at $1,500, an 18 inch pearl necklace valued at $300, a driver’s side passenger window and assorted paperwork.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Narrows Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property I from the 100 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Place, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Highway 311, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 7100 block of Highway 47, Shelby (conv store). Stolen were three packs of watch batteries valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief III from the 1300 block of Alston Farm Road, Columbiana (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a Garmin GPS valued at $250, a Char Broil propane grill valued at $150 and a Char Broil propane grill cover valued at $50.

-Theft of property II from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 1000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Tiffany silver necklace valued at $250, a 10 karat gold necklace valued at $200, a gold bracelet valued at $100, a radio/CD player valued at $40, a Toshiba 19 inch laptop valued at $370, a Coach signature messenger bag valued at $218 and a leather Coach duffle bag valued at $298.

-Property damage from the 5200 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $18,000 were done to a 2009 Toyota Prius interior water damage (total loss)(highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from the 500 block of Highway 406, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $25 were done via a screen and plastic cut on porch next to screen door.

-Death investigation from the 600 block of CR-270, Maylene (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (conv store). Stolen was $500 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic dispute from the 3000 block of Cord 30, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic violence by strangulation from the 2300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Possession of marijuana II from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were 15 keys valued at $20.

-Harassment from the 4100 block of Highway 47, Shelby (service/gas station).

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence (combination) and unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 100 block of CR-13, Helena (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (other/unknown).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument II from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were two checks in the amount of $1,100 and a check in the amount of $800.

-Theft of property II from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Ruger 9 millimeter semi-automatic pistol valued at $400, a .380 semi-automatic pistol chrome valued at $300, a .22 revolver black valued at $200 and 30 checks.
