Man charged with selling pot in Alabaster

A 20-year-old Alabaster man is being held in the Shelby County Jail on a $15,000 bond after he was arrested and charged with one felony count of selling marijuana.

The Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force arrested Eric Radarius Fielder on one felony count of distribution of a controlled substance on April 25. Fielder’s address is listed on Blue Springs Place in Alabaster.

According to his arrest warrant, Fielder allegedly distributed marijuana from his residence on Jan. 7.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance is a Class B felony. If convicted, Fielder could face between two and 20 years in prison.
