Malcom E. Joiner, age 85, of Columbiana, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on April 29 at First Baptist Church of Columbiana with Rev. Mike Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Joiner is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lou Jean Davis Joiner; children, Lynda J. Adams (Wyndal), son, Ken Joiner (Dianne); four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald Joiner (Brenda), Charles Joiner (Dollie), Raybon Joiner (Elaine) and Jerry Wayne Joiner (Michelle); sisters, Joyce Landers and Maureen Patterson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
