WESTOVER—The city of Westover will open a storm shelter at 3312 Westover Road in the event of a tornado watch, Mayor Mark McLaughlin said in an email.

“It will be open for as long as we are under a tornado watch,” McLaughlin said. “It is a shelter from the bad weather for anyone who needs to seek shelter from the weather.”
