Sherry Anita Foster, age 61, of Calera, passed away May 12, 2014, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

Visitation was held at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel on May 14 from 6-8 p.m. Services were held on May 15 at 11 a.m. at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel with Rev. Bob Durham and Rev. David Matthews officiating. Burial was in Harperville Cemetery.

She is survived by mother, Geraldine Foster of Harpersville; two sisters, Nancy Beggs (Ed Castile) of Millbrook and Dana Barber (Phillip) of Harpersville; two nieces, April Riddell (Nathan) and Heidi Lee (Ben); three great nieces, Abigail Ryan Gentry, Blair Avery Riddell and Hadley Kate Riddell; and a great nephew, Oliver Garrett Gentry.
