Edwards-Lathem

Terry and Patsy Edwards of Centreville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brandy Edwards, to Justin Lathem of Montevallo, the son of Joel Lathem and Yvonne White and stepson to Joe White.

The bride is the granddaughter of Juanita and Howard Nalley of McCalla and Frank and Margaret “Tootsie” Edwards of Montevallo. She is a 2010 graduate of Montevallo High School and is currently attending the University of Alabama pursuing a major in chemical and biological engineering.

The groom is the grandson of Ollie James and Betty Thomas of Anniston and Ray Lathem and Doris Hudson of Oxford. He is a 2008 graduate of Montevallo High School and is attending the University of Montevallo pursuing a major in biology. The groom is currently employed at Cytopath.

The couple plans to wed on Sept. 20, 2014.
