-Theft of property III from Dairy Queen, 780 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (restaurant). Stolen was a ring valued at $402.21.

-Criminal mischief III from the 1400 block of Heather Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $100 were done to the steering column/ignition switch of a Honda Accord.

-Property damage from the 700 block of Navajo Trail, Alabaster (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $3,500 were done to a retaining wall.

-Theft of property III from the 300 block of S Colonial Drive, Alabaster (restaurant). Stolen was $65 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 600 block of 10thy Avenue SW, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a gas stove valued at $600.

-Theft of property II from the 9200 block of Highway 119, Suite 900, Alabaster (specialty store). Stolen were a Discover Card, three Alabama Telco bank cards, a JCPenny credit card, $240 in U.S. currency, three Social Security cards, personal/business documents, two Alabama Telco bank cards, a Macy’s credit card, two Belk credit cards, two Capital One credit cards, a Kohl’s credit card, a Walmart credit card, a Lowe’s credit card, a Sears credit card, a TJ Maxx credit card, a Buckle credit card, a Regions bank card, a Toyota key valued at $50, a flash drive valued at $20, a Samsung cell phone valued at $500 and a Samsung tablet valued at $500.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Food Depot, 3592 Pelham Parkway, Alabaster (supermarket).

May 31

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of 13th Street SW (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $1 were done to an auto.

-Possession of marijuana I from 7th Avenue SE, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Runaway from the 100 block of 6th Street SW (residence/home).

-Possession of marijuana II from Buck Creek Park, 701 6th Avenue SW, Alabaster (parking lot/garage).

-Assault II from Buttercup Circle, Alabaster (residence/home).

June 1

-Domestic violence III, assault III and criminal mischief III from the 190 block of Greenfield Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $50 were done to a rear view mirror of a Range Rover.

-Theft of property III from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway, Alabaster (supermarket). Stolen were eight cases of Bud Light valued at $143.60.

-Animal complaint from Thompson Middle School, 1509 Kent Dairy Road, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Duty to give information and render aid after a traffic accident from Taylor Lane, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a Toyota Avalon.

-Theft of property II from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (supermarket). Stolen were a Samsung Smart TV valued at $698 and a Vizio soundbar valued at $98.

-Theft of property III from the 5100 block of Highway 31, Calera (supermarket). Stolen were blue jeans valued at $15, bath tissue valued at $12, two Heineken beer valued at $38 and two socket sets valued at $198.

-Identity theft from Savannah Circle, Calera (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from Walmart, Murphy Oil and CVS in Pelham (commercial). Stolen was $171 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (hotel/motel). Recovered was a sealed manila envelope containing approximately 1.9 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $30.

-Obstruction of justice using a false identity from the 0-100 block of Philip Davis Street, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was an Alabama license plate.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Pelham Parkway and Highway 68, Pelham (highway/street).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Beaver Creek Parkway, Pelham (residence/home). Recovered was a white homemade pipe valued at $1.

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Sugar Drive (residence/home). Stolen were a Maytag range valued at $561, a washer valued at $500 and a dryer valued at $500.

-Criminal mischief III from the 300 block of Ball Park Road, Pelham (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $75 were done to grass damaged by motor vehicle tracks.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol .08 or greater from I-65 South at MM-240 (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and license required to carry concealed pistol from Gold’s Gym parking lot (specialty store). Recovered was a small bag containing approximately five grams of suspected marijuana valued at $50 and a Charter Arms .44 mag revolver with five rounds of ammunition valued at $100.

-Miscellaneous lost property from unknown location along I-459 (highway/street).

-Domestic violence III from the parking lot of Pub 26, 9340 Helena Road, Pelham (bar).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 9000 block of Helena Road, Pelham (drug store).

-Found property from Bent Creek Trace, Pelham (field/woods). Recovered were assorted jewelry and three jewelry boxes valued at $10.

-Theft of property III from the 500 block of Walker Road, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was a Murray lawn mower valued at $200.

-Theft of property III from the 300 block of Walker Way, Pelham (residence/home). Stole was a Mongoose 20 inch BMX style bicycle valued at $150.

-Unexplained lost property from Old Montgomery Highway at Helena Road, Pelham (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 600 block of Keystone Court, Pelham (other/unknown). Stolen was a JVC touchscreen car stereo valued at $347.

 

June 3

-Property damage from the 500 block of Amphitheater Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $500 were done via minor scratches on the front bumper of vehicle.

-Property damage to city vehicle from the 2900 block of CR-52, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $200 were done via paint damage to left front door and left front fender flare on a 2001 GMC K2500 and in the amount of $50 via paint damage to right front bumper and front bumper of a 2011 Ford Crown Vic.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana II from Highway 52 at I-65 North, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was a sealed envelope with one hand rolled cigarette containing a greenish brown plantlike material believed to be marijuana and one blue oval pill marked 605 (.2 grams Alprazolam) valued at $1.

-Theft of property III from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were a Smoothie Sunshine valued at $6, Hot Soup 32 ounce valued at $8, BH Yellow American valued at $2, BH Maple Honey Ham valued at $4, two Tyson strips valued at $8, a watermelon valued at $4 and lemons valued at $2.

-Theft of property II from the 600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Stolen was $900 in U.S. currency.

-Violation of a municipal ordinance – unfavorable appearance – and violation of municipal ordinance – dangerous buildings – from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial).

-Burglary III from the 10 block of Clark Street, Pelham (storage facility). Stolen was a utility trailer valued at $1,500.
