-Theft of property III from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen were two Turbo Tax Premium software valued at $179.98.

-Criminal mischief III and criminal mischief III from the 700 block of Simmsville Road (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $50 were done to a metal back door.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (restaurant).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered were 7.7 grams of marijuana valued at $50 and a black leather case with silver digital scale and four small plastic baggies valued at $15.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and Unlawful possession of marijuana I from I-65 South at MM-241 (highway/street). Recovered were a plastic bag containing 27.5 grams of marijuana valued at $650, a plastic bag containing 49.7 grams of marijuana valued at $1,500, a plastic container containing 1.5 grams of marijuana valued at $45, a plastic bottle containing a wire end with burnt marijuana valued at $15, a plastic bag containing .5 grams of cocaine valued at $30, $1,000 in U.S. currency and a plastic straw with white powder residue.

-Switched tag from Pelham Parkway at Valleydale Road, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was an Alabama automobile tag valued at $25.

-Burglary III from the 400 block of Midridge Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were Clover Valley Frosted Flakes cereal valued at $5, a green apple valued at $2 and milk valued at $1. Stolen and recovered was a white long sleeve Alabama shirt valued at $20.

 

June 11

-Change bills circulating from the 1900 block of CR-33, Pelham (other/unknown). Eight forged U.S. twenty dollar bills.

-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance from Cahaba Valley Road at State Park Road, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were a pill bottle with one half Xanax, a yellow pill with “M” imprint and three unknown white pills valued at $30, a burnt spoon with residue and a bottom of a burnt 12 oz aluminum can valued at $5, a straw with residue, five orange syringe caps (four syringes loaded with suspected heroin) valued at $75 and a sealed biological specimens kit with blood and urine.
