Richard Urrutia can remember the moment he fell in love with his Greystone home.

He and his wife, Donna, were visiting the home with a realtor, and he was immediately drawn to the outdoor living area. The pool was not yet complete, but the outdoor kitchen was, and Richard could see the potential.

“I remember Donna said, ‘Do you want to come in to look at the house?’ and I said, ‘No, I found it,” he recalled.

That was seven years ago, but both of the Urrutias are just as enamored with their outdoor living area today as they were when they first moved in – maybe even more so now that they have added personal touches to the area.

The backyard is now home to a stunning pool, lush landscape, koi pond, herb garden and several sitting areas.

Donna also loves to spend time outside, either relaxing or gardening, one of her passions. The yard is filled with plants that bloom at different times of year: gardenias, camellias, azaleas, oak leaf hydrangeas, jasmine, dogwoods and magnolias.
