The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from July 20 and July 23-25, 2014:

 

July 20
-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of McGregor Moor, Birmingham (highway/street).

July 23
-Identity theft I from the 200 block of Red Maple Drive, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was $2,100 in U.S. currency.
-Domestic violence III, harassment, and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Theft of property II from the 5800 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was an iPhone 5S valued at $800.
-Identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 100 block of South Ledge, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Old Brook Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a snap-on hard handle/case tool bag valued at $50, a set of snap-on various hand tools valued at $3,000 and a magnetic go-light valued at $250.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Miscellaneous incident, located property, from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered was a silver ring with blue sapphire stone.
-Theft of property III from Angler’s Lane, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a box of 125 checks valued at $33.83.
-Assault III from Gilmore – Nick’s Circle, Montevallo (highway/street).
-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

July 24
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were a Ruger LC-9 millimeter loaded handgun valued at $500 and a black charger plug and USB cable for Apple product with lightning connector valued at $25.
-Theft of property II from McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a black Springfield XD-45 .45 caliber valued at $644.
-Theft of property II from the 1600 block of Highway 441, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a 2007 6.5 by 16 foot utility trailer valued at $1,000.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and carrying pistol without a permit from the 100 block of Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby (highway/street).
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 302 at Hunt Wood Road, Shelby (residence/home).
-Leaving the scene of an accident (no injury) from Highway 25/Mallary Road, Wilsonville (highway/street).
-Public intoxication from the 200 block of Simpson Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Simpson Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
-Public intoxication from the 200 block of Simpson Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 1000 block of Highway 54, Montevallo (residence/home).
-Property damage from the 600 block of Highway 109, Wilsonville (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1,700 were done to a front grill, bumper area of a 2013 Toyota Corolla LE.
-Harassment from the 7000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).
-Harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (residence/home).
-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from Christy Drive at CR-71, Shelby (highway/street).

July 25
-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 300 block of Highway 335, Chelsea (residence/home).
-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 30000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (residence/home).
-Menacing from Highway 47/Highway 69, Chelsea (highway/street).
-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highland Lakes Drive at Swan Lake Circle, Birmingham (highway/street).
