Earl Franklin Wells, age 83 of Columbiana, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014. The funeral service was held at 3 p.m. on Aug. 14 at Bolton Funeral Home with Bro. Bryan Mosley officiating. Visitation was from 2-3 p.m. on Aug. 14. Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana, directed.

Mr. Wells is preceded in death by his parents, Houston and Lorene Wells; son, Timothy Wells; daughter, Brandi Vest; and grandson, Robby Cambron.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Sue Wells; children, Stan Wells (Anne), Judy Brewer (Lewis), Debra Joan Wilson (Fred), Tommy Lunsford and Teresa Wood (Brien); 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Anthony Wells (Karen).
