Jim D. Presley Jr., age 72, of Calera, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014. The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Aug. 18 at Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana with Bro. Ray Smith officiating. Burial followed in Shelby Memory Gardens. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. on Aug. 17 at Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana.

Mr. Presley attended Amazing Grace Church.  He was a 32nd Degree Mason with the Calera Lodge and  a member of the Shriners organization for many years.

Mr. Presley is preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his wife, Shirley Presley; children, Jimmy Presley (Connie), Lisa Presley and Diane Burnette (Jerald); grandchildren, Kari Bice, Lane Johnson, Mallisa Presley and Allissa Presley; and a host of other family and friends.
