Rozann Cooley, age 69, of Chelsea, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014. The funeral service was held at noon on Aug.  29 at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Cox and Rev. Wayne Honeycutt officiating. Burial followed in Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation was from 10:30 a.m.-noon on Aug. 29 at the church.
