-Driving under the influence (controlled substance) from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (commercial). Recovered were a Glock 20 10 millimeter valued at $500 and 35 oval pills with GG259 imprinted on them and four empty pill bottles for various prescriptions for various prescriptions.
