There will be different vendor booths inside the school promoting businesses as well as a silent auction with featured themed baskets done by each class.

Vice President of the PTO Board Laura Loftus explained some of the changes that have been made for this year’s event to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

“We have added some new rides such as a pirate ship and swing ride and also a rock climbing wall and bouncy houses,” said Loftus. “In the past we have had a dunking booth where the kids could dunk their teachers but we have replaced that with a pie booth this year. Students will now have the opportunity to throw pies at their teacher’s while they stand behind a knight cutout.

Their will be food vendors at the fair that include Papa John’s pizza, Johnny Ray’s, Kona Ice and an ice cream vendor.

The cost of the fair will be $15 for school aged children to receive an armband that will grant them access to all of the rides and games. Parents and children preschool age and younger can attend the fair free of charge.

Around 700 students attend Mt. Laurel Elementary School and planners of the event are expecting around 1,000-1,200 people to attend the fair again this year.
