It looked good early, but ultimately the Sept. 12 matchup with Abbeville Christian didn’t got the way the Cornerstone Christian School Chargers hoped, as they squad fell 41-20 on the road.

The Chargers opened up with a 7-0 lead, but Abbeville scored 41 unanswered to take a dominating lead. The Chargers clawed back into the game, but it ultmiatly was not enough, as the Generals held on for the win.

Stats were unavailable at press time. The Chargers move on to face Springwood on the road Sept. 19.
