The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Sept. 17-26

Sept. 17

Theft of property second degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a cell phone in the amount of $600.

-Juvenile Contact from Ninth Street Southwest (government, public building).

-Theft of property second degree from Chilly Balls (specialty store). Stolen was an ice machine valued at $2,000.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Southfield Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $150.

-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Golden Meadows Drive (residence, home). Stolen were an AC motor fan valued at $200, attic turbine fans valued at $107 and squares of shingles valued at $483.

-Robbery second degree and theft of property first degree from the 7100 block of Highway 119 (convenience store). Stolen was $3,415 in cash, watches valued at $100 and billfolds valued at $100.

-Robbery second degree from the 7100 block of Highway 119 (convenience store).

-Property damage from the SCSO jail (jail, prison). Damaged was a motor vehicle in the amount of $100.

-Harassing communications from the 1400 block of Willow Creek Parkway (residence, home).

 

Sept. 18

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of 11th Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was lawn and yard equipment valued at $500.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 50 block of South Colonial Drive (bank). Confiscated was a check.

-Information only report from Warrior Park (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $250.

-Harassing communications from the 1100 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Southeastern Pond Management (specialty store). Damaged was a window in the amount of $1.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 26 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $40,000.

-Distribution of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime from Alabaster (parking lot, garage).

-Distribution of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Alabaster (department store).

-Domestic incident from Betty Snow Circle (residence, home).

-Property damage from Highway 31 at Interstate 65 (highway, street).

 

Sept. 19

-Burglary second degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (bank). Stolen was an ATM machine valued at $2,500, $4,000 in cash and damaged was a glass door in the amount of $1.

-Domestic incident from the 500 block of Sugarberry Drive (residence, home).

-Property damage from Interstate 65 North (highway, street). Damaged was an auto in the amount of $500.

-Information only report from the 100 block of Kingsley Road (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of Amberly Woods Drive (residence, home).

-Trespassing notice from the 100 block of Warrior Drive.

-Theft of lost property from the 100 block of Buck Creek Plaza (specialty store). Stolen was a car topper valued at $125.

-Assault second degree from the 300 block of Meadow Circle (residence, home).

-Identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the Internet (other, unknown). Stolen was a fraudulent charge in the amount of $69.95.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were three packs of cigarettes valued at $20.

 

Sept. 20

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were four credit cards, two stethoscopes, a blood pressure cuff valued at $200, nurse’s licenses, a Social Security card and an Alabama driver’s license.

Missing person from the 1300 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Kingsley Road (residence, home). Stolen was debit card information.

-Information only report from the 1800 block of Mohawk Drive (residence, home).

-Disorderly conduct and attempting to elude a police officer from Highway 119 at Mission Hills Chevron (highway, street).

-Information only from Marigold Drive (residence, home).

-Found property from Highway 31 at Industrial Road (highway, street). Reported were clothing and a backpack.

 

Sept. 21

-Information only report from the 100 block of First Avenue West (parking lot, garage). Reported was grease on the door handle of a Kia Optima.

-Information only report from Winterhaven Drive (residence, home).

-Possession of a forged instrument and receiving stolen property second degree from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were four individually wrapped crack rocks and reported was a 1994 Buick Century valued at $728.

-Hospice death from the 100 block of Glen Abbey Way (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from the 300 block of Eighth Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was a television valued at $750.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from the 300 block of Eighth Street Northwest (residence, home). Damaged was a window in the amount of $350 and stolen were a television valued at $900, a television valued at $500, a television valued at $700, a Playstation 3 valued at $350, an Xbox One valued at $450 and a Google tablet valued at $175.

 

Sept. 22

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 300 block of Sweet Leaf Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

 

Sept. 23

-Possession of a forged instrument first degree from 150 Commercial Court (bank). Forged were negotiable instruments.

-Information only report from the 300 block of Meadow Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 200 block of Wisteria Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a pistol valued at $400.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from Cannon Oil Quick Stop (service, gas station). Stolen was $30.24 worth of gasoline.

-Property damage from Krystal (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a rear bumper in the amount of $50.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Simmsville Road (other, unknown). Stolen was an identity.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Buttercup Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia form the 10900 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated was Xanax.

-Domestic incident from Cambridge Lane (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of Amberley Woods Terrace (residence, home).

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a pair of work boots valued at $59.76.

 

Sept. 24

-Burglary third degree from the 200 block of Summerbrook Lane (residence, home). Stolen were tools valued at $16,700 and other items valued at $9.360. Damaged was a structure in the amount of $400 and forged were negotiable instruments.

-Using a false identity to obstruct justice from Ozley Road (highway, street). Stolen was other.

-Information only report from the 100 block of Blue Sky Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $200.

-Harassment from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Animal complaint from the 1300 block of Third Court Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 1300 block of First Street North (commercial). Stolen was $250.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered was miscellaneous merchandise valued at $414.43.

–Burglary III/residence and criminal mischief/damage to business property from 209 Ivy Hill Circle, Calera (residence/home). Residential wiring was damaged valued at $1,500.

–Unauthorized use of a vehicle from 360 Limestone Bend, Calera (commercial). A Ford F250 was stolen valued at $500.

–Negotiating worthless instrument from 10870 U.S. 25, Calera (specialty store). A check was stolen valued at $395.

–Forgery II-checks from 10870 U.S. 25, Calera (specialty store). A check for the amount of $2,754 was forged.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and Criminal Mischief III from 101 Supercenter Drive, Calera (parking lot/garage). A Chevrolet S10 was damaged valued at $150.

–Theft of property I and burglary III from County Road 42, Calera (residence/home). Two chainsaws valued at $1,000, two pole saws valued at $1,600 and a framing gun valued at $250 was stolen. A metal gate valued at $5,000 was also damaged.

–Domestic violence from 21st Avenue, Calera (residence/home).

–Theft of property III from Waterford Drive, Calera (storage facility). A blue tool chest and miscellaneous tools were stolen with a combined value of $400.

–Theft of property I and burglary III from 1087 Pine Valley Drive, Calera (construction). Copper wiring valued at $3,000 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief III from Wooten Springs Road, Calera (residence/home). A Ford Focus was damaged valued at $200.

–Criminal trespass from 8370 U.S. 31, Calera (drug store).

–Possession of drug paraphernalia from Kensington Place, Calera (highway/street). Two cylinder objects, half of an empty sharpie marker body, hammering nail with a blue plastic object at the tip and a white long empty plastic body were confiscated.

–Theft of property II from 10491 U.S. 31, Calera (service/gas station). A wallet, multiple credit cards, cash and a social security card were stolen with a combined value of $75.

Sept. 24

-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from the 1100 block of Dearing Downs Drive, Helena (highway/street). Recovered were four grams of buprenorphine HCL sublingual tablets 8 mg.

-Theft of property III from an unknown location (other/unknown). Stolen was one Alabama tag valued at $32.
-Miscellaneous information from several states outside of Alabama (other/unknown).

Sept. 19
-Theft of property III from 2181 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was one black Samsung Galaxy Note S3 valued at $300.
-Unexplained lost property from an unknown location (other/unknown). Lost were five assorted credit/debit cards, assorted paperwork, a drivers license valued at $25, a social security card valued at $20 and a pink and green wallet with a “J” embroidered on the outside valued at $10.
-Theft of property by deception I from Barnette Wholesale Cars, 147 Corporate Way, Pelham (other/unknown). Stolen was one 2001 black Lexus GS300 valued at $5,633.
-Criminal mischief III from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (bar). Damages in the amount of $450 were done to the rear windshield of a 2007 black Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from Interstate 65 South before exit 242, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were approximately 1.8 grams of marijuana valued at $30 and an unidentified peach colored oval shape pill valued at $1.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 100 block of Heather Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $35 were done to a black mailbox.
-Criminal mischief III from the 400 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (restaurant). Damages in the amount of $300 were done to the driver’s side rear windshield of a 2011black Ford F-150.

-Found property from the area of 119 at I-65, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was one blue LG sliding cell phone valued at $50.

-Driving under the influence and unlawful possession of marijuana II (parking lot/garage). Confiscated were 3.54 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $20, a metal pipe with suspected marijuana residue, valued at $10 and a pack of JB 1.5 cigarette papers valued at $2.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card/debit card from 2181 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (supermarket).
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and forgery II from the 100 block of Pintail Drive, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was a Wells Fargo check valued at $600.
-Receiving stolen property III and switched tag from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was an Alabama license plate valued at $1.

Recovered was a Kodak Easy Share digital camera model Z812IS valued at $250.
-Criminal mischief III from the 400 block of Philippians Boulevard, Pelham (parking log/garage). Damages in the amount of $150 were done to the driver’s door handle of a 2003 black Nissan Sentra.
