Thomas Edwin Taylor

Thomas Edwin Taylor, 60, of Hedgesville, WV passed away on Sept. 22. Tom is survived by his beloved wife, Kimberly Cole Taylor (Hedgesville, WV) and his loving sons, Matthew Scott Taylor (Martinsburg, WV), Jonathan Eric Taylor (Hedgesville, WV), and Nicholas Cole Taylor (Hedgesville, WV).

Tom was a graduate of Montevallo High School (1972) and the University of Montevallo (1976) where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He was a Veteran and served active duty with the United States Air Force. He was also a member of the 313^th U.S. Army Reserve Band and retired from the West Virginia Air National Guard. After moving to West Virginia, Tom worked for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Tom was a tissue donor. He will be interred at the Alabama National Cemetery in Spring 2015. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Wounded Warriors Project in his memory.
