–Burglary and theft of property from 300 block of Huntwood Drive, Shelby (residence/home). 100 feet of copper line and a door was stolen valued at an unknown amount.

–Burglary and theft of property from 25000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (residence/home). A 40 gallon water heater valued at $100, a five ton outdoor A/C unit valued at $5000 and a furnace valued at $5000 were all stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from 100 block of Highway 253, Montevallo (residence/home). A Higgions Shotgun, a Ruger Riffle valued at $400, a Ruger pistol valued at $400, a Dan Wesson Magnum Revolver valued at $450 and a large jar of change valued at $300 were all stolen.

–Burglary from 1500 block of County Road 35, Pelham (residence/home).

–Theft of property from 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store). A 2014 Chevy Tahoe valued at $51,000 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief from Kenley Way, Birmingham.

–Burglary and theft of property from 400 block of Polk Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). An Autocraft battery charger valued at $80 and Pedigree dog food valued at $23 were both stolen.

–Theft of property from Hunter’s Lane, Vandiver (residence/home). A Klonopin was stolen valued at $60.

–Theft of property from 3100 block of Bradford Place, Birmingham (residence/home). A custom name and address plate valued at $400 was stolen.

–Domestic violence and criminal mischief I from 600 block of Highway 203, Montevallo (residence/home). A 2004 Chevy Avalanche and 1986 Honda Accord were both damaged.

–Domestic violence/harassing communications from Waldrop Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

–Domestic violence/harassment and disorderly conduct from 2000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Theft of property and theft of lost property from Highway 43, Westover (other/unknown). A debit card, $700 currency, wallet valued at $10, social security card valued at $20, a state of Alabama birth certificate valued at $50, an Alabama Medicaid card valued at $20 and a state of Alabama non-driver ID valued at $25 were all stolen.

–Burglary from 11000 block of U.S. 280, Westover (church). Around $1000 in currency and a Keltec 380 magnum valued at $500 were both stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from 6000 block of Bent River Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Domestic violence/harassment from 2000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Disorderly conduct from 2000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

–Theft of property from 2700 block of Buck Horn Cv, Birmingham (residence/home). $100 of U.S. currency was stolen.

–Domestic investigation from 4300 block of Highway 32, Chelsea (parking lot/garage).

 

Oct. 13

–Burglary and criminal mischief from Park Road, Chelsea (other/unknown). A door frame and sides of a building were damaged.

–Burglary and theft of property from 7300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (construction). 8-10 sheets of sheathing valued at $100, 8-10 2’’ X 4’’s valued at $50, a box of air driven nails valued at $80 and a bucket of hand drive nails valued at $60 were all stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 2300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home). Approximately $10-$15 was stolen out of the vehicle.

–Domestic violence/harassment from 100 block of Highway 259, Montevallo (residence/home).

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from 1900 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs (residence/home). $20 was stolen form the vehicle.

–Theft of property I from 1000 block of Spring Garden Street, Pelham (residence/home). A 2010 Ford Mustang was stolen at an unknown value.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 300 block of Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs (residence/home). A pink backpack valued at $45, a Mac Book Pro laptop valued at $1150 and a wallet valued at $120 were all stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 1000 block of Spring Garden Street (residence/home). A Garmin GPS valued at $100, an Iphone 4S valued at $300 and another cell phone with an unknown amount were all stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from 1900 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs (residence/home). Rayban sunglasses valued at $100, Winchester rifle ammo valued at $28.41, a knife valued at $200, four antique belt buckles valued at $250, $25 in coins and a Ruger pistol valued at $400 were all stolen.

–Theft of property from 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). 23 oxycodone pills were stolen from the residence.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 100 block of Willow Ridge Drive, Indian Springs (residence/home). A Garmin GPS valued at $150 was stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 100 block of Willow Ridge Drive, Indian Springs (residence/home). A debit card was stolen.

–Miscellaneous information from Willow Ridge Drive and Indian Crest Drive (highway/street).

–Miscellaneous report from 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea (residence/home).

–Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from 100 block of County Road 205, Montevallo. (residence/home).

–Public intoxication/menacing from Hunters Lane, Vandiver (field/woods).

–Miscellaneous incident from 26000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (residence/home).

–Forgery from 3400 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham (residence/home). A check for $2,850 was forged and a check for $1995.50 was forged.

–Theft of property from 10600 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (residence/home). A cell phone valued at $100 was stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and harassing communications from 200 block of Old Buttermild Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

–Theft of property from 2400 block of Highway 50, Vandiver (construction). A Milwaulkee band saw valued at $480 was stolen.

–Violation of a domestic violence order from 100 block of Spain Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).

–Miscellaneous information from 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

–Criminal trespass from 6000 block of Brookhill Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Property damage from Highway 85 at Highway 62, Vincent (highway/street). A county road sign was damaged.

–Permitting dogs to run at large from Highway 101, Sterrett (residence/home).

–Miscellaneous incident from 200 block of Meadow Drive (residence/home).

–Theft of property from 100 block of Flat Branch Road, Shelby (residence/home). A bracelet valued at $1000 and pendant valued at $75 were both stolen and recovered.

–Possession of marijuana from 800 block of Highway 31 from Alabaster (parking lot/garage).

–Theft of property from 4600 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham (restaurant). An aluminum wallet containing a debit card was stolen.

–Public intoxication and attempting to elude law enforcement from 600 block of Highway 52, Helena (highway/street).

–Harassing communications from 100 block of Red Tip Lane, Helena (residence/home).

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from 9000 block of Highway 119, Alabaster (highway/street).

–Theft of property from Swann Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). A 1964 Chevy Nova was stolen valued at $8,000.

–Juvenile sex offender-register with local law enforcement from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (govt/public building).

–Sexual abuse (sodomy) from 700 block of Valley View Road, Indian Springs (residence/home).

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from 100 block of Willow Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). A GPS was stolen valued at $300.
