Marion G. Thompson, age 82, of Birmingham, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 23. The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 25 at Shelby Memory Gardens.  Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing.

Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her husband, Billy E. Thompson and her parents, John and Annie Gaddy.  She is survived by her sisters, Anita G. Moreland and Sue Jones along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
