-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 238 mile marker of Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Criminal mischief third degree and theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Smokey Road (residence, home). Stolen were building materials valued at $500 and damaged was a door handle in the amount of $30.

-Public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1100 block of Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a glass crack pipe.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was a Pontiac G6.

-Found property from the 600 block of Ninth Court Southwest (residence, home). Confiscated was a rifle.

-Property damage from the Target parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged were autos in the amount of $500.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 200 block of Connie Street (residence, home). Damaged was a Nissan Altima in the amount of $300.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a BMW 325i.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of 10th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen was a Chevrolet pickup valued at $3,000 and a tool box valued at $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 1200 block of Ash Cove (residence, home). Stolen was a revolver valued at $300.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were miscellaneous items valued at $164.71.

-Unlawful breaking and entering and theft of property second degree from the 1400 block of Arrowhead Trail (residence, home). Stolen were credit cards, $3 in cash, identity documents, checks, an iPhone valued at $200 and a purse valued at $25.

-Unlaful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Winterhaven Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a rifle valued at $500, a rifle valued at $500 and a crossbow valued at $100.

-Theft of property third degree from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a lawnmower valued at $200.

-Stolen vehicle from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Recovered was a Volkswagen Jetta valued at $1.

Confiscated were a pill bottle containing Cyclobenzaprine HCL 10 mg valued at $1, a pill bottle containing Busprione HCL 15 mg valued at $1 and a pill bottle containing Trazodone 150 mg valued at $1.
-Theft of property III from the 1500 block of Timber Drive, Helena (residence/home). Stolen was an MP3 player valued at $50.

Confiscated were approximately 3 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $30 two small digital scales valued at $5, a large gray Ohaus Scout digital scale with cord valued at $30, a box of Valu Time sandwich bags valued at $2 and an open package of Swisher Sweets cigarillos valued at $5.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 1001 Yeager Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered were 1.5 grams of suspected heroin valued at $300, a Viking case containing 2 e-cigs, 0.05 oz size of liquid nicotine and a USB battery charger for e-cigs valued at $200.
