The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Nov. 4-13:

Nov. 4

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home). Stolen was an LED TV valued at $1,060.20.

-Property damage from Thompson Intermediate School.

-Property damage from Thompson Intermediate School.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Wild Flower Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a self-propelled mower valued at $450.

-Information only report from the 100 block of Seams Way (residence, home). Stolen were bicycles valued at $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Interstate 65 (hotel, motel). Stolen were an Alabama registration valued at $32.85 and a driver’s license valued at $25.

-Harassment and domestic violence third degree from the 300 block of Goldwire Lane (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 200 block of Saddle Lake Drive (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 900 block of Fifth Court Northwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree and cruelty to animals from the 7100 block of Highway 119 (residence, home). Stolen was a dog valued at $1.

-Information only report from Peavine Mobile Home Park (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 1000 block of First Street South (service, gas station). Stolen was $125 in money, a wallet valued at $1, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25 and miscellaneous cards valued at $1.

 

Nov. 5

-Possession of a forged instrument second degree from Chandler Health and Rehab (supermarket). Forged were negotiable instruments.

-Suicide attempt from Independence Court (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road.

-Property damage from U.S. 31 at Alabama 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Focus in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property first degree and burglary third degree from the 100 block of Washington Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a rifle valued at $600, a bolt-action rifle valued at $1,000, a rifle valued at $1,000, a rifle valued at $350, a shotgun valued at $1,300, a shotgun valued at $500 and a revolver valued at $400.

-Theft of property third degree from the 1400 block of Alexander Court (residence, home). Stolen was a gold bracelet valued at $1,200, a gold ring valued at $800, a Pandora ring valued at $80 and a revolver valued at $350.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Victoria Station (residence, home).

 

Nov. 6

-Criminal trespass second degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 1000 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (government, public building). Stolen was a door lock valued at $75.

-Information only report from the 600 block of 11th Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated were blue capsule pills containing an unknown substance, ivory pills and brown pills.

-Hospice death from the 250 block of Smokey Road (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Long Feather Lane.

-Found property from Williams Drive (residence, home). Recovered was a vehicle registration tag valued at $20.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Carriage Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were books valued at $60.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 1300 block of Yellowleaf Circle (residence, home).

-Runaway from the 100 block of Cambridge Pointe Drive (residence, home).

 

Nov. 7

-Domestic incident from the 1400 block of Alexander Court (residence, home).

-Property damage from Precision Lube (parking lot, garage). Damaged was an auto in the amount of $3,400.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Greenfield Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a pistol valued at $600.

-Theft of property second degree from Best Buy (department store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $599.92.

-Criminal trespass third degree from the 100 block of Dogwood Trail (residence, home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged were a Ford F250 in the amount of $2,000 and a trailer in the amount of $1,500.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Weatherly Club Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were drugs, drug equipment and a pistol.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Grande View Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a shotgun valued at $400, a shotgun valued at $600, a ring valued at $1,500, an iPad mini valued at $400, coins valued at $100 and a cardboard box valued at $100.

-Harassment from the 1200 block of First Street North (bar).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Port South Lane (residence, home).

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 100 block of Greenbriar Trace (residence, home).

 

Nov. 8

-Property damage from the 1400 block of King George Drive (residence, home). Damaged were two vehicles.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Douglas Drive (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 300 block of Golden Meadows Place (residence, home).

-Disorderly person from Dollar General (department store).

-Animal complaint from the 8000 block of Highway 119 (specialty store).

-Lost property from the 2000 block of King Charles Place (other, unknown). Reported was a driver’s license.

-Forgery second degree from the 300 block of Sterling Manor Circle (residence, home). Forged were checks.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Chinaberry Lane (residence, home). Damaged was landscaping in the amount of $500.

-Damaged to property and leaving the scene of an accident from the 300 block of Willow Glen Court (residence, home). Damaged was a Toyota Camry in the amount of $2,000.

-Trespassing notice from Dollar General (convenience store). Stolen were makeup products valued at $20.

-Assault third degree from the 300 block of Lane Park Trail (residence, home).

-Domestic violence second degree from the 300 block of Lane Park Trail (residence, home).

Nov. 12

-Found property from Maintenance Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a debit card.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home). Damaged were an iPad in the amount of $400 and an iPhone in the amount of $400.

-Information only report and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home). Destroyed was a syringe with heroin residue.

 

Nov. 13

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree from Airport Business (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, marijuana pipes and hydrocodone pills.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from 634 Camden Cove Lane, Calera (residence/home). A Cobra radar detector valued at $300 was stolen.

Stolen were four ceramic light fixtures valued at $16, a three phase power line from power to residence valued at $500, a power meter valued at $350 and eight circuit breakers valued at $400.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Ace Place, Helena (specialty store). Stolen was a green metal roof awning and I-beam support valued at $3,000.
-Domestic violence III from the 2700 block of Aspen Lake Road, Helena (residence/home).
-Theft of property III from the 1300 block of Hillsboro Lane, Helena (residence/home). Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.
-Criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Park Trace, Helena (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $25 were done to four mailbox numbers.

-Theft of property II from the 2000 block of Little Mountain Circle, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were 2 Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen 325 mg tablets valued at $5.

-Theft of property-theft by deception I from David Green Road, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was $30,000 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from 2191 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a metal pot containing cooked peas valued at $40, a Pyrex dish containing prepared macaroni and cheese valued at $35 and three framed family photos valued at $60.
-Theft of property-motor vehicle I from Oak Mountain Lodge, 1902 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a 2007 red Suzi SV-650 valued at $1,800.

Confiscated were a clear plastic baggie containing approximately one gram of suspected marijuana valued at $10, a blue, orange and black glass pipe valued at $15 and three plastic bottle caps and socket valued at $1.
