James Earl “Jamey” Lutz

James Earl “Jamey” Lutz, age 30, of Clanton, passed away Nov. 20 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was born in Birmingham on Sept. 24, 1984, the son of William Earl Lutz and Toni Lynne Fondren Jones.
He was a welder.
He is survived by his wife, Alyssa Lutz of Clanton; son, William Lee Lutz; daughter, Destiny Dianne Lutz; son, Christion Sean Lutz; step-daughter, Zoey Jo Robertson; father, William Earl (Lisa) Lutz of Montevallo; mother, Toni (Mark) Jones of Jemison; brothers, Jon Lutz of West Blocton and T. Jay Lutz of Montevallo; sister, Katherine Lutz of Pea Ridge; step sisters, Macy Nicole Jones of Alabaster, Jennifer Lutz of Centreville, and Madison Beth Jones of New York; stepbrothers, Keith Lutz of Alabaster and Timothy Holsomback of Pea Ridge; grandmother, Sherry Fondren of Helena; step-grandfather, Jacky Holsomback of Montevallo; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 28 from 5-8 p.m. at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. from Macedonia Baptist Church in Pea Ridge with Rev. Mark Lutz officiating.The body will be in repose one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Cemetery in Pea Ridge.
