-Criminal mischief third degree from the 400 block of Wilderness Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $75.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 600 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a revolver valued at $550.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the Keystone Mobile Home Park (other, unknown). Damaged was a padlock in the amount of $6.

-Harassing communications from Elm Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from the 1300 block of Corporate Woods Drive (other, unknown). Stolen was $959.66 in U.S. currency.

-Identity theft from an unknown location in Florida (residence, home). Stolen was an identity.

-Harassing communications from the 7800 block of Highway 17 in Maylene (residence, home).

-Violation of a family violence protection order from the 1 block of Allen Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 1 block of Allen Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from the 60 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a cell phone valued at $850.

-Theft of property third degree from the 300 block of Wixford Trace (residence, home). Stolen were checks.

-Found property from the 238 mile marker of Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered was a Mossberg shotgun valued at $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Cedar Grove Parkway (residence, home). Stolen was a bank card, a wallet valued at $20 and CDs valued at $60.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a toolbox valued at $50 and scrap wire valued at $40.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen were tools valued at $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Papa John╒s Pizza (residence, home). Stolen was a drill valued at $169 and damaged was a Ford Ranger in the amount of $1,000.

Nov. 17

-Burglary third degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2100 block of Highway 87 (commercial). Stolen were rebar cutters valued at $2,180.75, a hammer drill valued at $199, a hammer drill valued at $199, an air compressor valued at $400, an impact valued at $200, a generator valued at $549 and a grinder valued at $165.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Second Avenue West (parking lot, garage). Stolen were vehicle parts valued at $390.

-Property damage from the 1200 block of Falling Star Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $107.08.

-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Oak Street (residence, home). Stolen was a Springfield XD .40-caliber pistol.

Stolen were a Strnr valued at $10.99, a oversized trimkit valued at $19.99, a triplever valued at $9.99, a plumbing solder valued at $18.99, precut latex valued at $17.99, a tub and shower repair kit valued at $17.99 and a thread kit valued at $7.99.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).

-Chemical endangerment from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Village Drive, Calera (residence/home). A Hi-Point Semi–Automatic valued at $100 and a black tanto knife valued at $66 were stolen.

–Theft of property III from 5100 U.S. 31, Calera (department store). A Dyson vaccum cleaner valued at $449, a laundry basket valued at $8.00 and roll wrap valued at $4.00 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief III/damage to property from Marsh Circle, Calera (residence/home). $350 worth of damage was done to a window.

–Criminal mischief III and theft of property II from 1122 20th Ave, Calera (storage facility. $200 worth of damage was done to a chain link fence. Two 8 inch MJ45 valued at $154, MJ 22 ½ valued at $75, two 12 inch 90’s valued at $404, a 12 inch 45 valued at $167, a 12×6 Hydrant T valued at $196 and three 6 inch MJ sleeves valued at $177 were all stolen.

Nov. 12

–Theft of property II from Highway 25, Montevallo (supermarket). $200 cash, black purse valued at $20, a tan wallet valued at $20, car keys, debit card and a driver’s license were all stolen.

–Disorderly conduct from Main Street, Montevallo (bar). Damaged were two bottles of Patron valued at $200, 12 drinking glasses valued at $100, a bar paneling valued at $100, five bottles of wine valued at $75, a fruit caddy basket valued at $15 and a cutting board valued at $15.

Nov. 12
-Attempted unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and criminal mischief II from 100 Driver’s Way, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to a driver’s window of a Mercedes C250, damages in the amount of $150 were done to a window facing around the driver’s side of a gray Buick Lacrosse on sales lot, damages in the amount of $40 were done to the key box attached to the drivers side window of a gray Buick Lacrosse, damages in the amount of $40 were done to a key box formerly affixed to a Mercedes C250, damages in the amount of $40 were down to a key box attached to a silver Infiniti M37 on sales lot and damages in the amount of $40 were done to the key box attached to a blue BMW 328i on prep lot.

-Missing person-endangered from the 2000 block of Little Mountain Circle, Pelham (residence/home).
-Theft of property III and criminal mischief II from the 100 block of Driver’s Way, Pelham (commercial). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a 2012 Nissan Altima, damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a 2012 Infinity M37 and stolen was a key lock box from a Nissan Alitma valued at $40.

-Theft of property III from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (supermarket). Stolen were three bottles of Aleve valued at $57.

Nov. 15
-Switched tag from Interstate 65 North near exit 246, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated was an Alabama License Plate valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief II from the 100 block of King Valley Road, Pelham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to four Nitto Terragrapher tires.

Stolen were a 2011 Infinity g37 laser cut key valued at $375, a 2012 Lexus IS250 laser cut key valued at $500 and two key boxes valued at $180. Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a 2011 Dodge Charger driver’s window, damages in the amount of $3,000 were done to the paint and frame above the driver’s door of a 2012 Lexus IS250 and damages in the amount of $90 were done to a key box.
